The fine print: two things that trip people up
A lot of construction hiring events are come-as-you-are. This one, at least as announced, asks for a bit more, and skipping either of these is how good candidates get overlooked.

Not work boots and a t-shirt, at least for the hiring conversation itself. Think the way you'd dress for any interview: clean, put-together, nothing you'd wear on an actual job site that day.

Plural, not one. Print several before you go; a hiring event like this can mean multiple people you talk to, and you don't want to be the one person handing over a phone screenshot.
