My Career NJ (mycareer.nj.gov) is New Jersey's state career-resource site, launched in 2024, offering a Training Explorer (search approved training programs, including many free ones funded by WIOA), Career Pathways guides, and a Career Navigator tool. NJ Job Source (jobsource.nj.gov) is the state's own job board, letting you search openings by ZIP code and set a travel radius. Both are run by the NJ Department of Labor, not a private job board.
