VXI Work@Home Hiring Events — Internet & Screening Requirements
After applying through VXI Global Solutions' Workday portal, candidates get invited to a live Zoom hiring event. Before you can join, you must first complete a screening questionnaire emailed to you (subject line: "Follow-up on Your Job Application") — it also shows up as a task in your Workday account. The event itself runs about 4+ hours and includes computer-based assessments.

The fine print worth knowing before you go

Several common home-internet setups are explicitly not allowed
VXI's invite specifically disqualifies T-Mobile, Verizon, Dish, Starlink, any other satellite ISP, 5G wireless, or any wireless connection generally. That's because T-Mobile/Verizon 5G home internet and satellite plans run over cellular or satellite signal instead of a cable or fiber (FiOS) line — they're more prone to drops and packet loss, which shows up as choppy audio or dropped calls on the job. You need a real hardwired (cable or fiber) home internet setup — check this before you schedule anything.

Webcam and audio must stay on the whole time
You must be alone in a private, quiet work area, and your webcam and audio need to be on for the entire session, not just at check-in.

You need a laptop or desktop, not just a phone or tablet
The computer-based assessments require a laptop or desktop — a phone or tablet won't work for this step.

Have an acceptable Form I-9 ID ready; VXI links directly to the USCIS acceptable-documents list in their invite.

Missed your slot? There's usually a recurring weekday window
VXI's invites have offered a fallback Monday–Friday morning window (their example: 8:30 AM–12:00 PM CST) for candidates who can't make the main scheduled time — but always confirm the current schedule from your own invite rather than assuming this exact window still applies.
